Chicken Lasagna



Chicken Lasagna













INGREDIENTS : (for 4 serving)

1) Lasagna sheets (9)
2) Red sauce
(tomato paste 2 tbsp +2 pinch oregano + 1 chicken stock cube)
3) White sauce
(fry 2 tbsp of white flour in 2 tbsp of butter and add a cup of milk gradually according to the consistency of sauce and then add salt an pepper)
4) mozzarella cheese 
5) small pieces of fried chicken 

Preparation
* Boil 9 lasagna sheets,
*Layer 3 sheets in baking dish,
* Spread small fried chicken pieces on the layers,
* Cover it with red sauce,
* Spread 3 sheet on red sauce , again add  chicken pieces and red sauce,
* again 3 Lasagna sheets, now spread white sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese and bake it in oven on 200 °c for half an hour.
Lasagna with chicken is ready to eat.

Nargisi Kofte


We need two preparations for this dish
1 -KOFTA
 2-GRAVY

PART 1
Ingredients for Kofta

  1. 1/2 kg minced meat (mutton keema)
  2. 1 Onion chopped
  3. 3 tbsp Gram flour (besan)
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (khada dhaniya)
  5. 1 Dry Red Chilly (sookhi laal mirch)
  6. 1tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
  7. 1 tbsp Poppy seeds (khashkhash)
  8. 1 tbsp Coconut (nariyal)
  9. 1 tsp Garam Masala powdr
  10. 1/2 tsp Salt (namak)
  11. 7 Eggs (5boiled and 2 raw)
Preparation of Kofta
  1. fry chopped onion till brown.
  2. roast all ingredients from NO. 3 to 8. separately one by one.
  3. grind coriander seeds, red chilly and cumin seeds together.
  4. Now in chopper put Minced meat,grinned and roasted masala, fried onion, garam masala, salt now mix it.(YOUR KOFTA MASALA IS READY.)
  5. Now take 5 peeled hard boiled eggs and cover each with kofta masala.
  6. dip each covered kofta in raw egg.
  7. refrigerate all egg koftas for 1/2 hr.
  8. shallow fry it and keep aside.(YOUR KOFTA IS READY)
PART 2

Ingredients for Kofta Gravy.

  1. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (zeera)
  2. 1 stick cinnamon (daal cheeni)
  3. 2 bay leaves (tez patta)
  4. 4-5 pcs Cloves (Long)
  5. 4-5 pcs Cardamom (Ilaechi)
  6. 3 medium Onions ( 1 chopped 2 grinned)
  7. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  11. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  12. 1/2 tsp Salt
  13. 1/2 cup Yogurt
  14. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Preperation of Kofta Gravy

  1. In a pan add 1/2 cup oil, cumin seeds,cinnamon,bay leaves,cloves,cardamom and one chopped onion.
  2. fry till onion becomes brown and add Ginger Garlic paste,Onion Paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. now add salt,turmeric, chilly, coriander powder and fry for 5 more minutes,
  4. now add yogurt and fry for 2 minutes and add 1/2 cup of water and boil it.
  5. now add prepared Kofta in it and cook for 15 min on low heat.
  6. now sprinkle Garam masala powder and Garnish it with Green coriander.
