INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATING MINCED MEAT
- Half kg minced meat ( mutton keema)
- 5-6 green chillies (grinded)
- 2 tbsp papaya paste with skin
- 1 small onion(grinded)
- salt
mix all these ingredients in mince meat and keep it for 2-3 hours at a warm place
INGREDIENTS FOR DRY ROAST MASALA:
- 2-5 pcs dry chilly (sukhi lal mirch)
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds (sabit dhaniya)
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds ( sabit zeera)
- 5-6 cloves (laung)
- 1 pcs big cardamom (badi elaichi)
- 5 pcs small cardamom (chhoti elaichi)
- 1 blade mace (javatri)
- one fourth piece of nutmeg (jaiphal)
- 2 pcs of parmotrema perlatum (patthar k phool).
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khash khash).
- 2tbsp gram flour (besan)
Your Dry Roast Masala is Ready.
PREPARATION
we need 4 more in ingredients
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 medium chopped and fried Onion.
- 1 pc Coal.
- Now add Ginger and garlic paste, fried Onion, Dry Roast Masala in minced meat .
- now in a bowl put this masala mixed minced meat and in the centre put a small bowl or a small sheet of foil where we can place a burning coal,
- press this small bowl or foil and place a burning coal on it and pour 1/2 tsp Ghee on this burning coal, cover the big bowl for 1/2 hr so that minced meat get smoked.
- now divide this mixture into several portion and make balls and flatten it from centre and shallow fry it on medium flame till brown.
