Ingredients
- unsalted butter 250 grm
- castor sugar 200 grm
- white flour (maida) 350 grm
- egg 1
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients together , make a soft dough, refrigerate it for one hour .
after one hour cut it in to small pieces and give them shape of cookies ,
bake it in preheated oven at 180 C for 15 mins.
your cookies are ready to eat.
