- ONION 1 SQUARE CHOPPED
- GARLIC 1 TBSP CHOPPED
- GARLIC PASTE 1 TBSP
- GINGER PASTE 1 TBSP
- SALT 1 & 1/2 TSP
- RED CHILLY PWD 1 TSP
- TURMERIC PWD 1/2 TSP
- ONION SEEDS (KALAUNJI) 1 TSP
- FENNEL SEEDS (SAUNF)1 TSP
- GARAM MASALA PWD 1/2 TSP
- ROASTED AND GROUND CUMIN SEEDS
- ROASTED AND GROUND CORIANDER SEEDS 1 TBSP
- LEMON JUICE 2 TBSP
METHOD
- MARINADE CHICKEN WITH 1/2 CUP OF YOGURT AND REFRIGERATE IT FOR HALF AN HOUR.
- IN A COOKING PAN ADD OIL AND THEN FENUGREEK SEEDS AND WHOLE RED CHILLY.
- NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GARLIC.
- NOW ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- NOW ADD MARINATED CHICKEN
- FRY AND ADD REMAINING 1 CUP YOGURT
- NOW ADD SALT,RED CHILLY PWD AND TURMERIC PWD
- COVER AND COOK IT TILL TENDER
- NOW ADD ACHAR MASALA (FENUGREEK+ONION SEEDS+ROASTED AND GROUND CORIANDER AND CUMIN SEEDS+FENNEL SEEDS+ GARAM MASALA PWD)
- NOW COOK IT FOR 5 MIN.
- NOW GARNISH IT WITH GREEN CHILLY,CHOPPED GINGER ,GREEN CORIANDER AND LEMON JUICE.
